My 2016 kia soul EV needed a replacement electric battery. This battery was covered under warranty and although I knew Kia would honor their warranty, Maxx Scott made this process easy to deal with. Maxx was very much on top of all the upcoming schedules needed to get this done. I found Maxx to be very professional and thorough throughout this process.
Dennis Gerger was very professional and made us feel welcomed. He was responsive via text and took time to listen to our input. The Finance guy Robert was a little dry and didn't really converse too much. Overall no issues and we knew what we wanted. I'd definitely work with them again.
Went to El Cajon Kia first and was trying to get a walk in oil change. They were somewhat rude so I drove to Kearny Mesa and they got me right in. Will be coming here now even though it’s out of the way. Great customer service, better price. My service advisor was Max Scott he was beyond professional.

David Garita was so kind and helpful with throughout the test drive and buying process. He answered all of my questions, researched all of the specs I was looking for in my car, and never pressured me into anything I wasn't interested it. The facility was clean, everyone was very nice and greeted me when I arrived, and the paperwork was efficient.
